Rotolo’s Craft & Crust

Originating from a Baton Rouge pizzeria first opened in 1996, Rotolo's launched its Craft & Crust concept to bring a contemporary, bistro-style experience back to the brand’s roots while expanding regionally. The company continues to grow with new locations across several states, offering a consistent menu of freshly prepared, flavorful food. Collin worked with Rotolo’s to document their entire menu, building a comprehensive marketing asset library by photographing over fifty dishes in collaboration with a food stylist.
