Meet Haskell Whittington

Meet Haskell
Haskell Whittington has worked with Collin for over a year and a half as an editor, shooter and assistant.
He attended Louisiana State University, where he studied Digital Advertising with a minor in Business. It was at LSU that Haskell landed a job with The Daily Reveille and jump-started his career as a staff photographer. During this time, he covered concerts, events, feature portraits, sports, rallies and more. In 2016, he was recognized by the Louisiana-Mississippi APME organization for his exceptional work in photojournalism. Soon after, he was promoted to Editor of Photography for The Daily Reveille where he managed photography content and staff for 2 years.
Haskell’s work can be found among numerous publications and clients such as Exxon Mobil, Nola.com, The Advocate, Livingston Parish News, DIG Magazine, Emergent Method, and Fresh Junkie Racing. In 2018, Haskell received his sUAS piloting license by the Federal Aviation Administration, which allows him to operate his drone commercially for both photography and videography. When Haskell isn’t on assignment, he enjoys traveling, automotive photography and reaching for things on high shelves for Collin.
